Who handles your request

Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Empty Leg Alerts. That includes empty-leg alert requests and charter quote requests. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means Charter Jet One acting for Empty Leg Alerts.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us through our forms, plus a few technical details that arrive with every request:

We do not ask for payment details through this website.

Why we use it

By requesting an alert or a quote, you agree to be contacted about that trip by email, phone or text.

Who we share it with

We share your details only as needed to quote and arrange your trip:

We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep request details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to arrange and support any flight you book. Where you have booked a flight, we keep the records the law requires us to keep. If you asked for marketing emails, we keep your email address for that purpose until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To make a request, reply to any email you receive from us or send a note through the quote form. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information the law requires us to retain.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies beyond what is essential for it to work, and it does not use analytics or advertising trackers. We do not build a profile of your browsing.

Children

This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. Travel for minors is arranged with a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will be explained here before they take effect.

Broker disclosureEmpty Leg Alerts is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.
