This website is operated by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Empty Leg Alerts. Empty Leg Alerts is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.
Information on this site is an estimate
Prices, ranges, flight times and aircraft details on this website are general estimates for information only. They are not offers, and they are not a price for any particular flight. Actual prices depend on the aircraft, the operator, the route, the dates and the time of booking.
Quotes are not binding until you sign a charter agreement
An alert, an option or a quote we send you is not a booking. A flight is only booked when you sign a charter agreement with the operating carrier, or with us acting as your broker, on the terms set out in that agreement. Before you book, we disclose the operating carrier in operational control of the aircraft, and the agreement names it.
Availability is subject to operator confirmation
Aircraft availability changes constantly. Every option is subject to confirmation by the operator at the time of booking. Empty legs in particular depend on another client’s trip and can be rescheduled, rerouted or cancelled by the operator if that trip changes.
Taxes and fees
Our quotes are all-in. They include applicable taxes and standard fees, such as the federal excise tax and per-passenger segment fees on domestic US flights. Variable costs that cannot be known in advance, such as de-icing, extra catering, additional stops, ground transport or international fees, are listed when they apply and may be charged as set out in your charter agreement.
Payment and cancellation
Payment terms, cancellation rights, refunds and any charges for changes are governed by your charter agreement. Please read it before you sign. If the operator cancels an empty leg because the original trip changed, the refund terms in your agreement apply.
Using this website
- Please give accurate details when you request an alert or a quote, and only submit requests for trips you are genuinely considering.
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with it, or submit requests on behalf of someone without their permission.
- The content of this site belongs to us or our licensors. You may read and share it for personal use, but not copy it for commercial purposes.

Limitation of liability
We take care to keep this website accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this website, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Air transportation is provided by the operating carrier, and its obligations to you are set out in your charter agreement. Where the law does not allow liability to be limited, these terms do not try to.

New York State law, together with United States federal law, governs these terms.
